Course Development and Instruction In the summer of 2020, I taught Strategy, Innovation, Global Competition, a core strategy course for senior undergraduate students at Questrom School of Business. I crafted the syllabus based on materials from my colleagues, and also based on my own research on management theories and experience as a practitioner. The course was taught online via Zoom.
I was also a TA for the the Ph.D. course Causal Inference of Management Research in the fall of 2020.
Design and Delivery of Executive Workshops From my experience as a consultant with Environmental Resources Management (ERM) and the Regional Associate Director at Aon, I have both designed and executed multiple workshops for executives at various levels around risk governance, management, and sustainability (e.g., renewable energy). I also organized internal management conferences and workshops annually for mid-level managers from different countries in Asia to share best practices and industry trends.
